-This name was chosen as our film consist of a shadow as our stalker instead of a real person

Plot synopsis

First shot-

In the classroom-

The first shot will include the young girl and a tutor in a classroom just as their session has started
Shots of clock will be shown to show the passing of time
Girls packs up after session before leaving

Action and pace of film-

Our film will have an overall fast pace but places such as our chase scene will be even more quickened
Short quick shots will signify the fact the this intense scene is happening quickly and in a short amount of time
Film will start of normal in the beginning during the tutoring session but once the girl hears the noise and sees the shadow everything goes down hill from there and everything seems to go much quicker

What the camera sees-

Voice overs may be used in the case that audio does not come out as clear as we want
Dark lighting will be used in the intense scenes mainly with the shadow, the dark amplifying the thriller genre in our film
No characters will be used in the background as our film is set after school hours and into the evening and the absence of people in this situation will increase its intensity

Characters

Young girl-

Name: Claire
This is the main character and she carries the story as she is the reason that the shadow is there which is what our film is mainly based off
She is a young innocent girl along at school during the early hours of night, this is often looked at as to be a dangerous situation

Tutor-

Name: Sharron
This character is the reason that the young girl is still at school later in the day due to the fact that she is clearly helping her with some sort of learning
They are not a main part of the movie but play a major part in the way that this is the reason the girl is still afterschool later into the night allowing this event to occur

Shadow-

Name: un named/mysterious
The shadow is the main part that contributes to our thriller genre
The shadow is either a real person that is following the girl but could also be a fear of hers that she has become fixated on enough that its now in her head, this is not confirmed in the film but is an idea though about during the filming process

Practicalities of filming/content-

How realistic if the idea-

Our idea is an actual situation that could occur as it is not uncommon in some places for stalkers or kidnappers to occur

Will we have any health and safety issues?-

In simple words the answer would most likely be no, as this is our first movie it will be filmed on sight at school and if all precautions are taking and supervision is either there or can be on call nothing major that could be considered to be an issue should occur.

Location-

Our film will be shot on school ground, however swipes will be needed to be in hand to able us to access certain places on ground after hours.

Equipment-

We will use cameras and lighting equipment from school which we will collect after school, making sure to sign out all the equipment, we will then use it and bring it back and check we have everything safely back in the right packaging after filming.
